How can I access Ordnance Survey (OS) data through the Defra Data Services Platform (DSP)?

A number of Ordnance Survey datasets (including OS MasterMap, OS Water Network, etc.) are available from the Defra Data Services Platform (DSP), but due to OS licensing restrictions we can only provide this data to registered users. Similarly, access to datasets derived from OS data is also restricted.
Users with PSGA (Public Sector Geospatial Agreement) accounts can only access OS derived products through the DSP. They are expected to acquire the source OS products directly from OS under normal PSGA supply routes.
Datasets released under an OS Open licence are not available through the DSP. These can instead be accessed by anyone from Ordnance Survey’s website.
