Public Register Online - Flood Risk Activity Exemptions

Flood Risk Activity exemptions are for work on or near a main river or sea defence that is exempt from needing an environmental permit, but needs to be registered with us.

The information is available via the Online Public Register application, part of the data sharing platform, with searchable fields to aid the user in finding the correct exemption.
