How can I report a problem with Shoreline Management Plan Explorer?

If something needs fixing or amending on the site such as mapping errors or data isn't loading, you can report this.

For Environment Agency or Defra users: please raise an IT ticket via MyIT portal.

For all other users: you can report the problem, feed back about the site or ask a question via the “contact us” link at the bottom of the SMP Explorer page. If you are unable to load the site, you can raise the issue directly via the support page on the Data Services Platform.

There will be a yearly update of all SMP action plans and trackers. Additionally, any formal changes such as changes to management approaches at the unit level will be updated as soon as they are received, once approved by the Environment Agency.
