Managing, tracking and cancelling Contractor data orders
Created: 03 July 2020 Updated: 31 October 2023
Defra Contractor users can manage their data orders, review the progress made and access data they have requested using the Orders tab. They can also cancel orders using this functionality.
The tab is only available once the user is logged into the service and only visible to contractors and service administrators.
The Orders tab provides a list of all orders you have made to date. For each, the reference number, dataset name and current status are shown, including approval status by the project manager. For 30 days from the order date, a download link is also available.
