In some cases there may not be any measures at a particular measure scale. This does not mean there are no measures within the area covered by the measure scale, but instead that they may be associated with a different specific measure scale. To find measures in these cases, try browsing at a different scale in the same location, for example at flood risk areas, management catchments, or strategic areas. In particular, some management catchments ending in ‘TraC’ are transitional and coastal, and in some cases measures related to these locations may be in adjacent management catchments instead.
The associated Flood Risk Management Plan (FRMP) for the area will have further information about which measure scales have been most commonly used for measures in that plan. Plans are at a river basin district scale.
