Met Office Observer Rainfall - how do observers submit storage precipitation data?

They either use a postcard based system to submit precipitation data from our storage gauges or a digital solution using the Met Offices Weather Observation Website (WOW). We are currently running a project to move as many observers over to WOW. We expect to trial the new system in early 2023.
